They say Zubiri is poised to hold on to the 12th and final seat in the Senatorial elections.
I think this impending win for Zubiri will create a move by Pimentel to block the proclamation of Zubiri by all means, as he has done with the Maguindanao votes.
I likewise think that it will also boost the image of the senate having a hardworking leader and lawmaker sitting in its chamber. They said that Zubiri passed a lot of bills while he was still with the House of Representatives while opposition senators Escudero and Cayetano failed to author one during their stay in the last congress.
Despite being the last to be proclaimed (hopefully), Zubiri will definitely be an asset in the Senate.
